Creator Rights & Use
- Chris Singson reserves the Rights of All Creative Works to Use for Portfolio Purposes
- Unless Stated by the Client, Chris Singson Reserves the Rights of All Creative Works for Promotional Purposes (i.e Social media posts, Youtube videos, etc.)
- The Intellectual Property (IP) of original designs belongs to the Original Creators in regards to fan art or original character commissions
- Clients may request that Chris Singson credits the owners of original designs/characters featured in commissions I use for promotional material; however, if the client does not specifically request proper crediting in promotional posts, Chris Singson is not obligated to do so.
Client Usage
-Clients MAY NOT reproduce or use commissioned work for commercial purposes/with the intent to make a profit (i.e. Using commissioned work advertisements, selling prints, NFTs, Generative AI training, etc.)
- Clients may post their commissioned work on personal social media accounts with credit to the artist, Chris Singson;
- Clients may NOT claim to be the creator/artist behind the work in any context
- Clients MAY NOT trace or alter the artwork with the intent of posting or reproducing the work in any form
Payments/Refunds
- Clients will be required to pay a minimum deposit of 50% of the estimated total commission cost up front
- Payments are made through Paypal or Venmo (USD only)
- Strictly NO REFUNDS for both the initial deposit and final payment.
- Chris Singson reserves the right to inform client of potential price/fee increases resulting from time spent making client requested adjustments to a piece throughout the creation process.
Deadlines
- Clients may request an approximate time frame and/or date of completion for their commissions; APPROXIMATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEES
- Any specific deadline requests must be made before payment is processed (Some requests qualify as [Rushed Projects])
- 'Rushed Projects' are subject to higher fees on a case by case basis
- Any requests to meet a deadline AFTER payment is processed ARE NOT GUARANTEED and may be subject to higher fees
- Chris Singson reserves the right to revoke approval of 'Rushed Projects' requests should the client request one or more major changes to the piece during the process of creating.
